Vic Godard - Holiday Hymn & Nice on the Ice

British singer-songwriter Godard formed the punk group Subway Sect in 1976 and disbanded in 1981. Then members of the band, without Godard, went on to form Jo Boxers. He started solo work and  released the albums "T.R.O.U.B.L.E. (1986)" on Rough Trade Records and  "End of the Surrey People (1993)" on  Postcard Records. Tugboat Records released tw111qo albums "Long Term side-Effect (1998)" and "In T.R.O.U.B.L.E. Again (2002)". Godard formed the band The Long Decline in late 90's.

イギリスのシンガー・ソングライターGodardは1976年にパンク・グループSubway Sectを結成～1981年に解散。Godard以外のメンバーはJo Boxersを結成しました。彼はソロで活動を開始しアルバム "T.R.O.U.B.L.E. (1986)" をRough Trade Recordsから～ "End of the Surrey People (1993)"をPostcard Recordsからリリース。Tugboat Recordsは二枚のアルバム"Long Term side-Effect (1998)"と"In T.R.O.U.B.L.E. Again (2002)"を発売しました。90年代後期GodardはThe Long Declineを結成。
