Electronic - Getting Away with It & Get the Message

English dance super group formed by New Order singer and guitarist Bernard Sumner and ex-The Smiths guitarist Johnny Marr. They co-wrote songs between 1989 and 1998, collaborating with Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe of Pet Shop Boys in their early years, and former Kraftwerk member Karl Bartons for some songs in 1995. They released the debut single "Getting Away With It" in 1989 aand released the self-titled debut album on Factory Records in 1990. They toured to support Depeche Mode in 1990. They moved to Parlophone Records and released two albums "Raise The Pressure (1996)" and "Twisted Tenderness (1999)".

Bikeride - Erik and Angie & On My Bike

American indie rock band formed in 1994,  fronted by Tony Carbone. They released five albums "Here Comes The Summer (1997)" on  Choclaty, "Thirty-Seven Secrets I Only Told America (1999)" on Hidden Agenda, "Summer Winners, Summer Losers (2000)" on Hidden Agenda,  "Morning Macumba (2002)" on Hidden Agenda and  "The Kiss (2007)" on SHMANN! Records. Carbone died from cancer in 2008.

Nick Heyward - You Are My World & When It Started to Begin

He is an English singer-songwriter and guitarist. He waz the lead singer and songwriter for Haircut 100. Heyward's solo career began in 1983 with the single "Whistle Down the Wind".  His debut solo album "North of A Miracle" was released  in 1983 and the second solo album "Postcards From Home" was released in 1986, both on Arista Records. He moved to Reprise Records and released the album "I Love You Avenue (1988)". Epic Sony Records released his albums "From Monday To Sunday (1993)" and "Tangled (1995)". Then Creation Records released the album "The Apple Bed" in 1998. During 2000's he released three albums.

Blancmange - Don't Tell Me & Lose Your Love

English synth pop duo formed in London in 1979. They released three albums "Happy Families (1982)", "Mange Tout (1984)" and "Believe You Me (1985)". The duo broke up in 1986 but reformed in 2011 and released their fourth album "Blanc Burn (2011)".

1979年にロンドンで結成されたイギリスのシンセ・ポップ・デュオ。彼らは三枚のアルバム"Happy Families (1982)", "Mange Tout (1984)" , "Believe You Me (1985)"をリリースしました。このデュオは1986年に解散しましたが 2011年に再結成し、四枚目のアルバム"Blanc Burn (2011)"を発表。

William Pears - Crying Pop Tears & Blow the Whistle

Thierry Dubois (chant, guitare), Marc Pontet (basse) and Pierre Gildas Perrot (guitare) formed this band in Paris in 1992. They signed to Le Village Vert and released the album "Elephant in China Shop (1994)". XIII Bis Records released the album "Decu Par L'an 2000" in 1999 and Permanent Press released the album "Big Bang !" in 2001.

The Wendys - Putting My Fingers Off & Soon is Fine

Formed in Edinburgh by Jonathan Renton (vocals), Ian White (guitar), Johnny MacArthur (drums), and Arthur Renton (bass).
signed to the Factory Records music label by Tony Wilson. release of their debut album Gobbledygook in 1991 (produced by Ian Broudie), they did not achieve the widespread popularity of labelmates such as New Order or the Happy Mondays.

エジンバラでJonathan Renton (vocals), Ian White (guitar), Johnny MacArthur (drums),  Arthur Renton (bass)によって結成。Tony WilsonのFactory Recordsと契約しデビュー・アルバム"Gobbledygook"を1991年に発表 (プロデュースはIan Broudie)しましたが、レーベル・メイトのNew Orderや the Happy Mondaysのように人気はありませんでした。

Modern English - I Melt with You & Ink and Paper

Formed in Colchester England by  by Robbie Grey (Vocals), Gary McDowell (Guitar) and Michael Conroy (Bass) in 1977. They signed to 4AD Records and released the debut album "Mesh & Lace" in 1981. The band left 4AD and signed to Sire and released the album "Stop Start" in 1986. Grey, McDowell and Conroy were also involved with This Mortal Coil in the mid-80's. They reformed and released the album "Pillow Lips"  in 1990 on TVT label.

Ultra Vivid Scene - She Screamed & Special One

American alternative rock band formed in 1987 in New York by Kurt Ralske. His former band was Crash with Mark Dumais (Tangerine on Creation Records).
4AD released three albums "Ultra Vivid Scene (1988)", "Joy 1967 - 1990 (1990)" and "Rev (1992)" and disbanded in 1993. Ralske went on to do solo work and produced for the album of Ivy.

1987年にアメリカはニューヨークでKurt Ralskeによって結成。彼の前バンドはCreation RecordsのTangerineメンバーMark DumaisとのバンドCrashでした。4ADは彼らの三枚のアルバム "Ultra Vivid Scene (1988)", "Joy 1967 - 1990 (1990)", "Rev (1992)"をリリースし1993年に解散しました。Ralskeはソロへ転向、またIvyのアルバムのプロデュースを行いました。
