Kalima - Whispered Words & Sugar and Spice

Manchester-based Factory Records band who were active from 1980 to 1991. The band originally formed as The Swamp Children in 1980. The band changed its name to Kalima in 1983, contained the members of A Certain Ratio. They released three albums “Night Time Shadows (1986)“, “Kalima! (1988)“ and “Feeling Fine (1990)“. They broke up in 1991 but reformed in 2001.
