Marine Girls - A Place in the Sun

English post-punk group, formed in 1980 by the school-friends; Tracey Thorn (Everything But The Girl) and Gina Hartman. They were later joined by Jane Fox and her younger sister, Alice (Grab Grab the Haddock). They released two albums "Beach Party" on In Phaze in 1981 and "Lazy Ways" on Cherry Red Records in 1983.
