Wham! - Club Tropicana, Bad Boys and Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go

English pop music duo consisting of George Michael and Andrew Ridgely, formed in Bushey in 1981. Their debut album "Fantastic" spent two weeks at No. 1 in the UK album charts in 1983. Their second studio album "Make It Big" was released on Epic Records in 1984 which was a worldwide pop smash hit, including the singles "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go", "Careless Whisper" and "Freedom". The double A-side single "Last Christmas / Everything She Wants" became the highest-selling single too. They split up and released a farewell single "The Edge of Heaven" and a greatest hits album titled "The Final (Epic / 1986)".
