Isabelle Antena - Be Pop

French singer and songwriter who is a pioneer of bossa nova and samba-inflected nu jazz and electropop. She formed the French-Belgian synthpop trio Antena in 1980. Then she recorded her first solo album in London and released album on Belgium label Les Disques Du Crepuscule. She became particularly popular in Japan.

ボサノバやサンバに影響を受けたニュー・ジャズ～エレクトロ・ポップのパイオニアとなった、フランスのシンガー・ソングライター。彼女はフレンチ / ベルギー・シンセ・ポップ・トリオAntenaを1980年に結成。後に初のソロ・アルバムをロンドンでレコーディングしベルギーのレーベルLes Disques Du Crepusculeからリリース。彼女は特に日本で人気がありました。
