British electronic band formed in London in 1987, led by Bill Drummond and Jimmy Cauty. As the Timelords, they recorded the British number-one single "Doctorin the Tardis" in 1988. In the early 90's their singles "What Time is Love?" and "3 A.M. Eternal" became acid house anthems and also they remixed tracks of Depeche Mode "Policy of Truth" and Pet Shop Boys "So Hard".Bill founded Zoo Records and released the album "The Man" on Creation Records in 1986.
