The Jesus and Mary Chain - Upside Down, April Skies & Rollercoaster

Scottish alterative band, formed by brothers Jim and William Reid in 1983. After signing to Creation Records,  they released their first single "Upside Down" in 1984. The debut album "Psychocandy" was released in 1985 on major label WEA. Then they signed to Blanco Y Negro Records and released four albums "Darklands (1987)", "Automatic (1989)", "Honey's Dead (1992)" and "Stoned & Dethroned (1994)". They disbanded in 1999 and reformed in 2007. Bobby Gillespie (Primal Scream) was a drummer in the mid-80's.
