The La's - There She Goes & Timeless Melody

From Liverpool formed in 1983, led by a singer and songwriter Lee Mavers. The band is the best known for their hit single "There She Goes".  They signed to Go! Discs Records and released the self-title album 1990. John Power (bass) left the band in 1991 and  formed Cast. Mavers joined The Crescent in 2000. They reformed in 2005 and played in England and Ireland, ahead of an appearance at the Summer Sonic Festival in Japan as well as the Glastonbury Festival.

1983年にリバプールにて、シンガー・ソングライターのLee Maversによって結成。バンドはヒット・シングル"There She Goes"で知られています。Go! Discs Recordsと契約し1990年にセルフ・タイトルのアルバムを発表。 John Power (ベース) は1991年にバンドを去りCastを結成しました。Maversは2000年にThe Crescentに参加。2005年に再結成しイギリス～アイルランドでプレイ、日本のサマーソニックやイギリスのグラストンバリー・フェスティバルに出演しました。
