Chamber pop band from Northern Ireland formed in 1989, by Neil Hannon, named the band after Dante Alighieri. They signed to Setanta Records and released six albums including "Liberation (1993)", "Promanade (1994)", "Casanova (1996)" and "Fin de Siecle (1998)". Their latest album is "Office Politics" in 2019.
