English band formed in Liverpool England in the 80's, consists of Holly Johnson (ex-Big in Japan), Paul Rutherford, Peter Gill, Mark O'Toole and Brian Nash. Their debut single "Relax" topped the UK singles chart and also won the 1985 Brit Award for Best British Single. They signed to Trevor Horn's ZTT Records and released the debut album "Welcome to The Pleasuredome", reached number one in the UK in 1984. The single "Two Tribes" from the debut album is an anti-war song. Then they released the second album "Liverpool" in 1986. After they split Johnson signed to MCA Records as a solo artist.
