Dans le genre DIY, on fait difficilement mieux. Po! avait son propre label, Rutland Records, et n'a sorti que peu de disques sur d'autres (Sunday Records, Elefant Records). Formé à Leicester, en Angleterre, en 1987, Po! jouait une indie pop jangly et mélodique et était composé de Ruth Miller (chant, guitare), Terri Lowe (chant, guitare), Gary Gilchrist (basse) et Paul Knight (batterie). Avant de se séparer en 1998, le groupe a sorti cinq albums, neuf singles, et deux compilations. Il s'est reformé en 2016 pour quelques concerts.

Before Po! disbanded in 1998, the band released five albums, nine singles and two compilations. Po! reformed in 2016 to play some live gigs.
